"Above and Beyond - thank you" I want to highlight Gebhardt BMW for their spectacular efforts. From Tom and JC on the sales side to Brian in Service. When a rear tire/wheel was mistakenly put on the front of my i3 at a third party tire facility, the Service Manager, Brian (with help of JC), took ownership and remedied the situation. Even though it was not Gebhardt's fault (remember, third party installed tires), Brian kindly and without requirement, provided me a loaner. "Jon Eric Ferguson was great to work with!" Jon Eric Ferguson was kind, pleasant, wonderful and patient. First, Jon took the time to thoroughly explain the vehicle to me. Then, Tomaso and Josh explained the entire purchasing process to me. Jon has made sure that I have been well taken care of throughout this entire process.
