OK -Gebhardt has a genius bar just like Apple. Surprise? No-- BMWs I drive interface is a bit idiosyncratic-and some folks need a little help. Gebhardt's genius bar is easy to access and I found that Maria Hittle a resident genius is skilled at the system and able to walk you through your software problem quickly either by phone or in person. So thanks, Maria-great job!

Great dealership. I had an excellent experience during my recent auto trade in and purchase. Tony was perfect salesman and Mariah Hittle was the BMW genius who took the time to illustrate the car features and set it up for me.

I was totally pleased with the buying experience, the people and the vehicle. Mariah definitely knows her instruments, plus she is very patient and speaks clearly and audibly. My hearing is not so great. I still want an owner's manual, since both my wife and I learn that way more easily.

Each and every person I made contact with at Gebhart BMW was amazing. Very personable team and familylike feel. George, Thomas, Mariah and Jimmy (owner) were all so incredibly welcoming and kind. I have recommended two people and only had my car for a week.

I've consistently felt I was in good hands at Gebhardt, well beyond the initial purchase of my car(s). Recently, while in the waiting area, my husband and I had the opportunity to ask Mariah a "few" questions, which turned out to be a great learning experience. She's a terrific, patient teacher who knows both our models (X5 & 650) very, very well. We've never felt pressured and have bought three cars there, which says something in itself!
