Working with Justin was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I truely felt he understood what I was looking for and needed. He went above and beyond to find the perfect fit!
Loved the customer service here at the service department! Adam Wells definitely took care of me! Also stayed an hour late just to make sure that my ride to pick me up was coming. Also helped make sure that my car was running at 110% when i got my BMW back! Definitely recommend this place for anyone who has a BMW! Great customer service! Great people! Great cars! Shout out to Bryan as well for taking care of the rental and loaner for me! Thanks Gebhardt BMW!

Easiest dealership to come visit, staff is pleasant and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be back to buy more cars from Gebhardt BMW
The service was phenomenal, I was greeted with a vanilla latte and a bottle of water. Very clean inside and out. Test drove a 328d wagon and sat in the b7.

Wade was very friendly, but a little dishonest when offering us 0% financing. (The price we agreed to included a $1000 discount that we only received because we have excellent credit, and my husband and I were both fully under the impression that the price we agreed to was before the $1000 credit.) The BMW "genius," Mariah was okay, but after the day we purchased the car we never heard from her again for our second included "tutorial" on how to use/access all the bells and whistles of our new car.

Came in today to troubleshoot an issue with my Bluetooth not working and I cannot believe how understanding Thomas the Genius was. Instead of making me feel like I was stupid for not knowing what to do, he reassured me that issues like this pop up and that's why he has job security (and an obvious sense of humor). I am beyond pleased with my experience!

Best experience ive ever had at any dealership in the North Metro and Boulder area. The staff is friendly and very detail oriented. Thomas, the BMW Genius was very helpful and very kind even though I told him I was not interested in a car currently. Amazing service!

I’m still in the middle of my new vehicle search and my experience at Gebhardt BMW was nothing less than exceptional. I’m not too familiar with BMW, at least I wasn’t until i got to spend some time with Mariah, the “BMW Genius”. Mariah was very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. She was very easy to talk to and gave me great information about all the BMWs features. When I am ready to make my decision, Gebhardt BMW is where I will be buying!
