"excitement" As soon as I made my entry into the dealership a gentleman walk up to me and introduce himself as HAROLD BLACKWELL and that he is a sale man here at bmw Catonsville. "Happy" He was very helpful with helping me purchase my car from another state. He was very helpful in getting me the materials needed and sending me the extra pictures I requested since I lived 3 hours away and could not see the car in person.
