"Best customer relations and service!" Had to get a last minute service as a walk-in again from running over a sneaky Maryland Pothole. As my service representative, Keon was awesome as always and got my tire replaced the same day on a timely manner. BMW of Cantonsville has had the best customer service I've had since owning a BMW and living in multiple cities over the years.

"Service " I bring my Bmw diesel to Keon at Catonsville. Great service beyond expectations. I had to deal with a manager for another thing. The manger went out of his way to help out. keon loves helping people so that’s a amazing gift to have. certainly makes a fun place . They always fix anything my car needs.

"Left Rear Tire Leak." My car was due for its routine maintenance scheduled on 12/01/18. At the time of visit I requested for them to check the left rear tire for a slow leak due to low tire pressure on the dash board of my car. After visit I noticed on dash board air pressure was balanced on all tires. The next morning I noticed the same tire pressure lower than the other ones.
