"An extremely pleasant experience." I decided to lease a 2020 BMW X5m, and as is the case with most folks, this task is usually not one I would say I enjoy. But Benn Edwards was extremely helpful and courteous. I mentioned to him at our handshake, that I wanted to be done with the transaction no later than one and half hours after I made my decision. He complied...we arrived at the dealer at 10:00 a.m., did the test drive, and left at 12:30 with my new vehicle. It was a most enjoyable way to get a new car!!!
