"Painless buying experience" Working with BMW of Catonsville was a painless car buying experience. Before I even got to the dealership I saw the car I was looking for was fairly priced. My salesman was Kevin. He helped me schedule my test drive via text and was quick to respond to inquiries. "Customer Service Was Excellent " On 04-13-19 I took my 2006 BMW 325i in for a factory recall. After arriving at the dealership and leaving my car with one of the service technicians, I was directed inside to the service desk.
