"I highly recommended Keon Tobin, service advisor" I had a dangerous service related issue with my car that another mechanic had missed. My service advisor Keon Tobin caught it, let me know immediately AND sent me pictures so that I could see the issue as well. Keon is responsive to our family’s service needs and we trust him with both of our BMW’s without question. The Service manager is very responsive and attentive as well, as are the gentlemen who manage the parts department as well. Thank you guys!

"Impeccable service " Went for a service (new battery) that should have had me out in time for an appointment. While waiting Keon notified me that my battery was not the problem but the car needed a part that would take longer than anticipated. I told him I had to be somewhere at certain time. He told me no problem and within a short period of time informed me that there was a driver to take me to my scheduled class.
