"Excellent Service and knowledge " Mr. Blackwell is the salesman to see when you are looking for a new vehicle at BMW of Catonsville. He is very knowledgeable of the inventory and has the time and patience to answer all your questions. I would not go anywhere else to fine another vehicle a got the best deal ever.

"My experience was very great and smooth!!" My car buying experience with Mr. Harold Blackwell was Great! He fulfilled all my request in regards to what I wanted in my BMW. "Several major maintenance service repairs" Came in for maintenance service repairs. The service advisor Keon Tobin among with other staff members (cashiers/ car loaners) are wonderful. Keon walked me though and explain what needed to be done and would work according to consumer’s financial situation and he could tell me certain things could wait until the next service to be done and therefore there is some breathing room for my wallet and I can prep for the next time. "Excellent Customer Service" I cannot say enough about Harold Blackwell - he is absolutely wonderful!!!! "Great Service!" On February 26, 2019 I traded my 2013 BMW 7 Series and upgraded to a 2019 BMW 7 Series. I spoke with Harold Blackwell (Client Advisor) and Harold was very informative and helpful during the process and the transaction was seamless. The BMW team was outstanding!
