Majed not only took the time to really inform me about the vehicles but took care of my entire family! Because of him my entire family now proudly drives BMW's... I have felt with salesmen all my life and by far "Magic" Majed Nasrallah is # 1 on my book for SALES!
I had a few issues with my car (rattle, tires, stereo), but Terry's team did an excellent job finding the issues and resolving them.
I received a message online saying it was time for my first maintenance check on my BMW. The appointment was scheduled immediately. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Mike and asked to sit in his office while the paperwork was completed. Everyone was very friendly and polite and the waiting area was comfortable and clean. The work was completed in the time stated, plus a full wash- inside and out! I was a very satisfied customer!
Service adviser were were very cooperative......and made efforts to resolve the problem with my BMW......the loaner was very much appreciated .Will use Field in future
Recently purchased our BMW 328i from Jaguar dealership in Ft. Myers. After we purchased we contacted Fields BMW of Lakeland as they are the closest dealer to our home in Sebring about scheduled service and any warranty work if needed. Spoke with Mike in service who was very helpful in answering all of my questions. When it was time for routine service I contacted Mike who accommodated all of my needs. I bought my BMW 740 li in may 2016 from Magic. I had done a lot of research on this vehicle and knew it well. This was my second BMW as I had my Z-3 11 years. So today I brought my new husband in to see Magic to trade in his car for a 535i. Magic is kind, knowledgeable and will certainly work to help you with the perfect choice. We are a BMW family now .
I bought my vehicle in for the first service. Jim was my service manager. He was very courteous and knowledge. My vehicle was done in reasonable time. I am happy with the service.
