I walked around the parking lot and someone greeted me right outside within a couple minutes. Overall great experience people super friendly and helpful. Melissa was a big help with helping me purchase the car.

While travelling to Orlando from Sarasota for my daughter’s birthday, we experienced an unexpected tire blow out on my 2013 335i. Since we were closer to Orlando, we called your Field’s Dealership there and were told that they would be unwilling to help us out even in an emergency due to a full schedule. I had been to Bert Smith BMW and was treated absolutely horrible..Next day went to Fields BMW Lakeland and was treated with the upmost respect and professionalism ever at a car dealership..Furman Clark was my salesperson and he rocks....I called him about a X5 and he had it sitting out front ready for my test drive....and I bought one...the whole transaction front start to finish was great and I highly recommend Fields BMW and ask for Furman Clark.. There are no words that adequately describe how awesome our experience was at Fields BMW when we recently purchased my wife's new 2016 BMW 435i Gran Coupe.
