I just purchased two new BMW cars from Melissa at Fields BMW. I had a time constraint and had to make the transaction on my lunch break, Melissa worked hard so that all I had to do was sign some papers and drive away. Fast and easy transaction. I went back a few days later and bought my wife her BMW, we took a little more time because I wasn't on my lunch break. Very awesome service and makes me remember why I love driving BMW cars, the people here really do care about you.
We have just purchased 2 new BMW's from Furman. This is my 5th car from Furman and my husband's 3rd. Our daughter has bought 3 cars from Furman. He is a great salesman and is very helpful before, during and after purchase.
Very pleasant staff to work with in all departments. Sales, Melissa was very pleasant and responsive. Finance, Lanette was very helpful in options. Zachary, spent the time needed and explained the options very well.
I was in desperate need of a car not knowing exactly what I wanted. Tom Swackhammer was my salesman. He was very helpful in helping me pick out that right car. He thoroughly went over all the programming of the car and patiently answered all my questions. Tom and Melissa worked together to get all my financing needs done. She carefully explained all contracts involved and in no time I was on the road with my new 328I BMW.

I dealt with Mike wagner re the sale and with Patrick re the "BMW UNIVERSITY" - learning the car and its features. As to the deal and the dealing itself - I found the sales manager (Christian) to act very professionally and the deal itself was a fair one (trade etc.) Dealing with both Mine and Patrick was an absolute pleasure - both before, during and after the sale.
