My husband and I have nothing but positive comments for the team at Fields BMW of Lakeland. Namely...Melissa Mumbauer, Patrick McGee and Melissa Hargroves. All three were approachable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable!!! They went above and beyond to make sure our experience was an enjoyable one and that we found what we were looking for. My husband and I were looking for a new car to replace a five year old car. We had liked the amenities of the previous vehicle but it had gotten "boring" and we decided we wanted something more "fun" to drive. We bought the BMW X5 last weekend from Fields in Lakeland. My husband and I were very impressed with the professionalism of all employees and level of customer service we received while at Fields. We arrived after work at 5:30 and were leaving the building, papers signed with our new car before 7:30. Frank was wonderful and so was the entire Finance team. They truly are a team at Fields, and we were able to witness how well they work together first hand.

Even though a BMW dealer in Tampa was closer, we received the "idiot" treatment from them, so headed to Lakeland and Fields BMW. The salesman was awesome and not pushy, or obnoxious ( like the Tampa dealer)...........and we got the perfect car. The service of the Z4 has always been 10 stars! We've had other makes of vehicles and have dealt with many service departments through the years, but Fields service department leaves all the others in the dust! The best, by far!
