Excellent customer service from Frank (sales dept.) and Loretta (finance dept.)! Frank did everything he could to successfully find the car I was looking for! Loretta made the financing process a breeze! I am a repeat customer and will be in the future!

This is the second car I brought from fields BMW.. The experience was as good as the first! PJ my" personal sales" rep gave me outstanding service as usual.. every time I go into BMW hes always so very pleasant and helpful..He takes the time to explain in detail all functions of the car, all warranties all perks etc..I recommend Lakeland BMW any time.
