I continue to buy BMW's because I know the Lakeland Fields BMW Service Center will take care of me. They are respectful of your time, and keep you updated on the progress and costs so that you won't be surprised. They have never let me down and I have never felt like they are trying to add services that aren't needed. They're the best.

There were several client advisors and managers working on my deal throughout the entire day. I felt that they all did an exceptional job and gave me a great deal. I am 100% satisfied with my experience and the vehicle. We happened to be staying at a hotel and realized we next door to Field BMW. Oddly we noticed our AC not working properly while driving down to Lakeland, Fl for business. They not only took care of that issue yet a few others they discovered while getting to the AC. Both of which wee "time bombs" waiting to go...
