Albert Darby has consistently provided exceptional guest services to me whenever I need car service. In this last visit, he said it would take a little more than 2 hours to complete & offered a loaner car. I declined, but still couldn't stay too long. He had it completed in about an hour, which allowed me to get on with my day! Job well done b

Tina, Mike and Albert are all great to work with. This visit was for regular maintenance, but over the years, things have gotten better and better. I love FIELDS and recommend them to any and everyone I know. I will definitely purchase my next new car from them again!

Broke down in Orlando. Knew it was going to be a big thing....just not how big. Mike was up front and gave me the real scoop. Did most of our contact over the phone. Never pressured.....allowed me to take my time to reason it all out. Pulled the trigger as they say and was left up to Mike to inform me of progress. My service advisor Tina was excellent to work with. She kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle and provided me a loaner till the work was done. The dealership was great and I couldn't be happier with BMW for stepping up and taking care of the issues with the N63 motor issues.

Great experience again at Fields. Much better quality work than Reeves. If you live in the Tampa area, Fields is definitely worth the drive. I gave them a 3 on price because they charge the average amount for a BMW dealer. But the difference is at Fields you actually get the quality service for which you're paying. Best thing about the Service Dept this visit was the tech. Very competent.
