Fields service department is incompetent. 90% of the time, I have to bring my car back to have the original service done correctly. Avoid this dealership if possible. The service advisiors are very polite though. However, they usually quit after about three months.
Excellent dealership to do business with. I did Spartanburg delivery and my sales rep, Furman Clark, made sure everyting went off without a hitch. A no pressure selling experience that makes buying a BMW fun! Great follow-up after the sale. People are up front and honest. I'd highly recommend.
