We had a great experience purchasing our car at Fields BMW Lakeland. I was able to do all of the negotiations remotely, and that helped a lot since we live 2 hours away from the dealership. Our salesperson Steve Holmes was excellent. Great communication and understanding of our needs. The car we purchased was as described online. I am in love with our "new" vehicle. I worked with Matthew Hyndman on purchasing my new to me 2017 X5 a few months back. Matt was phenomenal to work with throughout the entire process, and was extremely knowledgeable about the product even being a 17MY. Salesman like Matt are hard to come by, and the service I received at Fields BMW was unmatched. No games, hassle free buying experience. Highly recommend Fields BMW of Lakeland, and cannot thank Matt enough for the excellent car buying experience.
Margarita was great with sales and the sales manager was friendly and fair. We noted a few mechanical issues with the car so we had the car serviced. No issues with the staff, they did a very thorough diagnostic and resolved all issues. Fields offers a pick up and delivery service. This is much appreciated but, but the team is not always good at scheduling or communication. However, the delivery staff are extremely personable and fun to work with so it all works out well.
Being this is the 1st BMW I have ever owned, I found the service to be absolutely fantastic! Nate was very patient with me & explained every thing, leaving nothing out!! My car was going to take longer due to the fact I also needed new tires. Nate was sure to have someone (Brian) shuttle me to my home. I neglected to take my house keys with me and was unable to get in my house. Scheduled appointment for an alignment after purchasing new tires for my 2007 328i. Got me in on the day and tech I requested. All went smoothly. They did a great job! Would highly recommend Albert my service writer. He is very customer service oriented as with of the Fields team. My car is getting ready to turn 112k miles and runs like new.
