The buildings at Fields BMW in Lakeland are modern, functional and kept meticulously clean. Tom Swackhammer searched to find the car I described and our price negotiations were candid and straight forward. The car was at the dealership on the promised date detailed for delivery with a full tank of diesel fuel. I have enjoyed the free car wash service offered to buyers. This is my second BMW, but first from Fields BMW of Lakeland and based on the service received, I'll be coming back again & again! This is my 4th BMW from this dealership, I have had nothing but OUTSTANDING service from the dealership. I would like to specifically mention David Jackson. David has on numerous occasions, gone above and beyond what is expected to ensure my complete satisfaction. I recently purchased a 2011 Alpina B7 and a 2007 328i. Had a great sales experience with Lakeland BMW in buying my wife a new car. I got a fair trade in price for her car, higher than any other dealer too. "Magic" or Majed was our salesman. He was helpful,polite and very friendly.
