The buildings at Fields BMW in Lakeland are modern, functional and kept meticulously clean. Tom Swackhammer searched to find the car I described and our price negotiations were candid and straight forward. The car was at the dealership on the promised date detailed for delivery with a full tank of diesel fuel. I have enjoyed the free car wash service offered to buyers. The most friendly, approachable, easy and hassle-free car buying experience ever! This is my 4th BMW from this dealership, I have had nothing but OUTSTANDING service from the dealership. I would like to specifically mention David Jackson. David has on numerous occasions, gone above and beyond what is expected to ensure my complete satisfaction. I recently purchased a 2011 Alpina B7 and a 2007 328i. Had a great sales experience with Lakeland BMW in buying my wife a new car. I got a fair trade in price for her car, higher than any other dealer too. "Magic" or Majed was our salesman. He was helpful,polite and very friendly. He took the time to discuss options and actually showed the car features to my wife and 'took the time' to explain them even though it was a late night pickup.
