Bought a used car from them and they are excellent to deal with - did not play around much at all. Probably the best dealership I've ever dealt with. They send you paperwork at the last minute that was never mentioned in the process. They even tried to sell a car with a replaced engine and was never forthcoming about that. I told the sales manager about the situation he ensured me he would find another one. Need to say he wasn't true to his word. The people are not honest to people of color. "I purchased an used car last week, they won’t even help..." I purchased an used car last week, they won’t even help me with the issue that they knew before selling me the car... I would never buy from this place again... customer service sucks! They never call back when they say that they will.. I wish I could give a 0 but there’s not option for that, because that’s what they deserve.

"Service is second to none!" I recently was in the market for a pre-owned 3 series, so I reached out to the dealership for assistance and my experience wasn't that great. They were having phone issues and I got hung up on twice and then was never able to call back in. I have 535i before when the lease is up I went to return the car but some how I decided to go for 530 because the salesman said everything the same 535and 530 I took his word but not the same car not the same features
