Ended up going to the Mercedes dealership. Waited for half an hour for the sales rep whose attention was with another customer before I left. It was a complete waste of time.

Terrible. No one will ever call you back. The staff is rude, says they are working on a deal for you, but never provide you their information. DO NOT GO HERE.

Fields BMW is a rip off. Took my 2010 X5 in to check battery , was told battery was bad.Cost 513.00 to install new battery and car is still under warranty.SCAM!!! P.S. car wash sucked.

Went in for oil change, left with a newer car after I was told I needed four new tires with there mounting and balancing, new valve stems and a front end alignment with a total price of $1943. I told them that I new I could get the same tires at a tire place about $200 cheaper per tire. I then proceeded to purchase a new vehicle.

VERY DISHONEST! I bought a CPO CAR and it was in the shop for 3 weeks after this. They said "Too bad". Shocking response to say the least. Look at other reviewers here..This place is bad news! I already have an attorney. I've purchased 5 BMW in last 9 years...Don't bother contacting BMW North America..they could careless too. Overall a horrible experience with the sales team at Fields BMW. I provided then with a deposit to procure a specific car for me. 3 days later there was no response and the sales person was off and did not tell anyone that he was supposed to get me a car. I needed to take delivery that day for the special financing. After multiple calls trying to work with the sales manager to find out what was going I decided top purchase the car from another dealer. Me and my wife wanted to buy a new car from them, we had to call the salesmen back two times to get a appointment to go and see the car. The salesman made us wait 45 minutes so we could talk to him. when he was finished with his customer, this idiot drove away from the dealership leaving me and my wife with a open mouth. We simply just walked out on this dealership and purchased our new car from another dealer who was a lot more responsive then "Fields". Save yourself alot of anguish and avoid this dealership.

They were rude and would not allow me to do my own financing. Forced me to do their contract and it was a much worse deal. If I hadn't ordered the car, I would have walked away. I will never buy from them again, and they will NOT get my service business!!

I had a 02 330i and they installed some Dinan parts screwed them up and I had to call Dinan to get the problems rectified. Some of the rudest and most arrogant people I have ever dealt with. I later decided to purchase an 03 M3 and went to talk to them, they act as if they are doing you a huge favor by selling you a car. Needless to say I did get my 03 M3 but not from them !!!
