The service is excellent and with pick up of my vehicle and leaving me a loaner to drive there is no inconvenience to me at all.

I was out of town and received a flat tire. I called Fields BMW in Orlando, both the Tamiami trail location and the winterpark location - both dealerships were unwilling to help me. One gentleman was helpful but I was disconnected during a transfer. I had to contact BMW corporate which advised me to find a tow truck to get it back to Lakeland and then find a taxi to take me to the airport so I could rent a car, at my own expense, from Enterprise. Staff professional, although it took a long time of me standing in the service center to be recognized, although several people walked by and not all service reps were on the phone. Eye contact, smile and node is all that is needed to let someone know you will be right with them. Only other item was grease was found on my inner door handles and side door frame, then I had to clean off. New battery and oil change took 3 hours, which is a little long.

This is the worst dealership I've ever seen, I purchased two 5 series within the last 2 1/2 years. The first was a 2011 new 5 series it had an internal electrical problem, Fields had the car for 2 of the first 3 months we owned it kept give it back saying it was fixed several times. The lead salesman Majed Masrallah is the biggest liar I've ever seen, when purchasing the first car we wanted to upgrade the wheels, he said no, no I know a guy I can get them,for $1500 he would never return your calls, so no wheels. Absolutely no follow up. I was pre-approved through BMW FS and knew exactly which car I wanted and was ready to buy asap.....received a call from a sales rep to advise I was approved and he would research inventory and call me back asap. Never received a call back. I sent an email, text and left several voice mails to only be ignored. I switched to another dealership 2 days later and bought a new 2014 car the same day. We (My spouse and I) went to this dealership on Friday 11/29/13. Lance approached us upon our arrival, made some little smart comment about us being there to OVERPAY them and quickly passed us along to Melissa. She appeared nice at first, but was did not seem to know how to compromise with us to make the deal satisfactory. She kept going back and forth to see Lance. I was in the market to buy a BMW and had heard the ads for fields so i wanted to give them a shot . My last bmw i purchased at furman and loved that car but i wanted to get a new one . so after a over 50 mile drive i got to their dealership and it looks great from the outside . but that looking about that’s the only good thing i can say about my time there . We recently moved to the Tampa area and realized that the Fields BMW of Lakeland was much closer to our house, so we took our car in for some repair work. We purchased a service plan when we bought the vehicle. Even though the service plan was not through BMW they are an authorized repair facility for our vehicle with the service plan. Dealer from xxxx! Couldn't even evaluate the condition of a battery. Required 2 visits to repair. Lost my car both times. Last time they had the car for over 2 weeks.
