Still trying to figure out how I received a 950.00 quote for 27.00 part and something that on average should take 1.5 hours to fix??? While all local BMW certified shops quoted 200-300.00 #stealership

The part you need from BMW is $94.40. All repairs performed at our store will come with a 2 year unlimited mile warranty. I am beyond disappointed with the lack of service I received at the service department. I made a 10 AM appointment, advised the ladies in the cashier area that I had arrived, and waited for the service advisor to whom I had been assigned, Doug Shultz, to finish with his 9:30 AM appointment. I waited for over 45 minutes, watching him take care of random things, make phone calls, and address others who did not have appointments. Shady business practices is what this place is all about. I had a client that went in for service on her late husbands car and a sales person came over to prey on this recent widow. She was referred to us because she knows we do honest and fair business since being in business for 16 years. This poor woman had just lost her husband and was again sent to us because we treat our customers like family, not like a franchise dealer. Service was done properly on my BMW X3. Although I did not care for the way mechanics and other people in the service department were conversing amongst each other with me being there. They need to be more respectful towards their clients.

2 1/2 days for a water pump get the car running (as I was told by Chip Chappee) to show the warranty people that a speed sensor is bad, WHEN MY CAR WAS RUNNING WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

When your vehicle was towed in, there were separate repairs needed. Unfortunately, we needed your extended warranty company to inspect your vehicle for the water pump issue, before any approval would be granted or repairs could be performed. We then had to repair the main item first, before we could investigate the other items- which also needed a second visit from the warranty company for approval and authorization for the needed repairs.
