good experience Had a very good experience at Momentum West BMW. Milton assisted my husband and I during our initial walk through trying to select cars to test drive. It was my first visit to a car dealer, so we spent a fair bit of time looking at the cars they had available. Momentum BMW West Have to say my experience with the purchase and immediate follow up was great. Was searching for a Certified Pre-owned BMW and was treated very well by my salesperson, Ralph Sirianni. On Friday afternoon my husband and I took 3 cars out for test drive and even though the one we decided on had only just arrived, we were able to collect it on Monday, fully checked and detailed with a few paint touch ups too. First BMW Purchase This was my first experience buying a car, and I hope that every other time in the future is as good as this one. I was looking for a CPO 5-series and saw that BMW West had a good selection. My client advisor was Ralph Sirianni who was very professional, yet extremely cool and laid back. He answered all my questions honestly and wasn't pushy on anything--basically everything that you should look for in salesperson. I highly recommend BMW West. Ask for Ralph!
DAMAGE CONTROL: FROM BAD TO OUTSTANDING I had a bad experience when I purchased a new X3 in November 2013 (see my post here "Horrible purchasing experience").
