Great customer service My service advisor Jose did a great job engaging a foreman to find the root cause of a high pitch noise on my 2011 E93 335i convertible. The foreman was very patient and went with me for a ride to hear the noise. Later the same day they found the root cause and fixed it. Every one in this dealership is very nice, professional and pays great attention to the customers. I also bought some parts and was very pleased with the service delivered by the person who took care of me.
GREAT SERVICE OCT 12 I CAME IN AND TRADED FOR A NEW BMW X1 IN WHICH DAVID TUBBS HELPED ME THRU IN FINDING WHAT I WANTED AND IN MY BUDGET HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND HELPFUL ALSO TOOK CARE OF A DENT AND THE TINT ON MY CAR AS WELL IN TURNING IT TO ME CLEAN. ALL STAFF WHO HELPED ME THRU THE FINANCE AND NAVIGATION WERE VERY PATIENT AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS I HAD SO I AM VCERY PLEASED AND HAPPY AND I WILL RETURN AND PURSHASE ANOTHER IN SOME TIME LATER.

Awesome Experience!!! I purchased a 2012 7-series from BMW of West Houston. The car was priced well and the service was exceptional. My salesman was Jared Willard and my financing was handled by Eric Barkin. They were both extremely knowledgeable in their fields which made the deal go very smooth. The thing that stood out the most is the relaxed, non-pushy approach. I was in and out with the car I selected in no time. I feel very comfortable with my purchase. Great Service and Professionalism My sales professional LR Vela made the car buying process absolutely stress-free. Keep in mind I reside about 1500 miles away in New Jersey and purchased the car through dozens of emails and phone calls.
