Excellent Car Buying Experience I made my first BMW purchase at BMW West this weekend. I had a great experience and the staff at West made me feel at home. I never once felt uncomfortable thanks to my wonderful salesperson Josh Dorris. He answered all my questions and was very helpful throughout the entire process. New M3, Very Pleased with Service I purchased a 2015 M3 and could not be happier with the service and treatment I received. Purchased a pre-owned 5 series from L.R. I was in the process of shopping for a used 5 series this weekend. Momentum West was the second stop on my list, and had scheduled to view somemore cars at several other dealers around town. But I didn't need to go anywhere else after BMW West. L.R. Good Experience Ralph made my car buying easy and friendly. He is very knowlegable and helpful and I would recommend him to anyone buying a car at this location. It was late and he had no problem staying late until I finished with financing, etc. He is very patient and willing to help over and beyond. Great experience! Highly recommend Shopped 4 other dealers looking for a used vehicle for my wife and received the same ole "sales games". We were pleasantly surprised by Momentum BMW West with their straight forward no non-sense buying experience. There were no games and Errol, our salesman, was upfront and open about everything. We ended up getting a 2011 BMW 328i and could not be happier.
