momentum bmw I bought an x5 from Momentum BMW in Katy 2 years ago and just bought a 528i recently. I'm very happy with the sales people and the service department. I've brought the x5 here a few times for various service things. I've also reccomended this dealership to friends.
minh nguyen Service department is fabulous. They work with you and explain everything very thoroughly. Momentum is also very fast.. never have to wait too long.
Service Advisers The service advisers here are very knowledgeable and will not waste your time or money. I've been here only twice so far but everything has been great so far. If your close to Katy and have a BMW and want good techs looking over your car you have to come here.
Awesome sales department I was looking for a CPO BMW and I am so happy I came here. My sales person is very easy, trustworthy and did not try to push me at all. They listened to what I was looking for and found the right car for me! I wanted a low mileage 328 with a black exterior and some other features and they found it for me, I love my car.

Service at BMW West Houston Service are great and always very accommodating but sales people, especially managers are very arrogant and hard to talk with, very unprofessional
Avoid at all costs Please do not use this dealership or go here to purchase a car. I inquired about a 2021 M2 Competition that was listed for sale on May 28, 2021. In my email, I specifically asked if the car was available. The internet sales woman confirmed that the vehicle was available and told me to send over my information so that she could send me full details so that I could purchase the car. paultaylor@mail.com Sold me a 2018 car at 2019 price and tried to tell me that it's not the year it's registered but the model year. I paid $10,000 over book price and they refuse to reimburse. This will end in court. Thieves and liars. Momentum West Houston BMW.
