HORRIBLE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE One piece of advise to all BMW lovers out there: If purchasing a car from these people (a new one in my case) make sure everything, I mean, EVERY THING, every detail on the car you are purchasing, its features, price, etc etc, everything is left in writing before you sign anything. DO NOT take their word on any issue, no matter how irrelevant it may sound, because they WILL simply not honor it. They may distract you for a while, and then they'll just walk. Very Bad customer Service They just think about selling car and do not care about customer service, I got an X3 from them and it took me more than 3 months to have extra key, very bad experience

They broke my car's LED back light and made me pay I brought my car in for service because the back light bulb was out. When I came to pick up my car, they replaced the bulb, but as soon as i drove out of the dealership, the LED light on the same side they fixed was now broken. So naturally, I came back to ask if they would fix it. It was not broken before left my car with them. Its the same part they touched/fixed. To my disappointment, they wanted me to pay to fix it. Very bad Customer Service I'm in the process of buying a used car & on several attempts to inquire about different cars they tell you they are going to call you back & never do. Goal is to get you to come way out to Katy to find out they trying to sell you something else. On one attempt to purchase they had the car sold but the ad hadn't been taken down. Very poor ways to treat protential customers.
