Horrible I have used BMW service for many years. My experience with the first BMW I owned was great. Over the years I have noticed the customer service decline. My last experience was by far the worst. My service advisor was not helpful and he never call to give me updates on my vehicle. Each update I received was from me calling the advisor and receiving a call back the next day. I am in the market to purchase a new car and I refuse to purchase another BMW. Does ANYONE at BMW of West Houston read an e-mail? April 24 - Set up an appointment through their website. There is a section known as, ""Tell Us More." In this section, I told of the issue and wanted to know if this would be something covered under the extended warranty that I had purchased. The issue is what appears to be a clogged A/C drain line (water pooling in the backseat - behind the passenger seat. Water only appears when the A/C is running. Battery Price Outrageous First of all, BMW batteries are crap; lasting only 3 to 4 years. Every other car battery I have ever owned lasted twice that time. Second, your dealership charges outrageous prices for batteries. This was my wife's car, and she took it to your dealership before I could stop her. She paid you with taxes a total of $414 for the battery. She bought one before this in January '13 and paid you $336.12. I also have a BMW and in Feb '08 had to replace mine which I purchased at an AutoCheck for $170.20. By t... read more

worst customer care I bought a Certified Pre-Owned BMW x5 almost a year back and I was not aware of SOS button in my car and actually dealer should call some service center to activate my SOS button and they did not do anything until 2 months back I learn from one friend of mine about this service which was part of my warranty and then I called the sales guy and then he called the service center and helped me to activate it. Worst Service Experience Ever Worst Service Experience Ever wanted to buy the used car.. not able to negotiate the price! dealer doesnt know anything about the car! not able to answer questions even about engine volume!!! my trade in was apprised 3000 lower than possible dealer left and had to talk to used car manager, then this manager left too.. and i had to look for keys of my car.. finally found them and run away from this terrible dealers!

Worst Service Experience Ever / Traumatized I concur with many reviewers...this dealership's service department is quite possibly the most inept and incompetent in the entire BMW authorized dealers network. To top it off, they assume no accountability and are totally unfazed by the customer's hardships... The stock answer: "We provided you a loaner." Horrible experience I drove 3 hours away wanting this blue 135i and when I got there they didn't even let me like look in the car or nothing they was more interested In how much I was putting down and stuff. I waited for an hour in a half for my seller to come talk to me after to beautiful women came In that had no appointment that guy was truly a non helper! Never again will I go there. A waste of time. Guy name was McAllister.

One year after my bad car purchase experience So it has been a year since I bought my car from Momentum BMW, a 2007, 328i, which had about 65,000 miles.
