Damian It is very sad how dealership wants to take your money very fast, but when there is a issue with the car they do not want to do anything , I was pretty much told its my car and my problem now during pick up. This dealership instead of prestigious BMW should be called worthless bmw with the worst customer service skills, very very very disappointed, I just wonder what guidelines hiring manager uses to hire employees for this dealership , none of them should work there, the only skill they posses is how to trick people ... read more

Service Took my car to be serviced because I also needed my tires checked. I?ve had issues with the tires especially the left rear leaking air since I purchased the car and apparently they are not covered with the warranty anyway when I took the car in they did not even check the tire pressure. Then they said they would deliver the car when done and never did so we had to pick it up. Very bad service

Very poor social distancine measures No Covid-19 measures at all were implemented at the BMW West Houston Service department. No face mask worn by staff, no distancing of staff with customers or among themselves, and no cleaning of surfaces. In time of a pandemic this is not sufficient.

Fraudulent practices aplenty I have had nothing but bad experiences with the service department at BMW of West Houston. Poor communication, frequent upsells, and my vehilcle is repeatedly not fixed right the first time. Never again. I have moved over to a competing dealer for service.

All about a sale don’t give a xxxx about customers Our experience was nothing but xxxx....we bought a 2017 Infiniti from them and the car engine light came on, it was smoking and we never even had the and the alignment never was done the car sales man tommy told me I was stuck with this vehicle....they never even did a oil change on the car....the car set on fire and the I was advised by a rep at infinity the engine was locked up and gone.....we asked them could we just get out the deal and just go buy a car from somewhere e... read more
Horrid Time management I honestly don't know how this place is still open with the level of unprofessionalism that has occurred today. Took my car in to get some of the recalls. We fought the morning rush hour and got there before 8AM. Jose said they were already behind...they have only been open for 45 minutes... He said that the car would be done no later than 3PM max 3:30PM. We get a text from him at 2PM saying they HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED ON OUR CAR! TERRIBLE. This is the third incident, and I can confirm there is a constant pattern of rude and unprofessional behavior exhibited from the staffs here, including the receptionist as well as their entire service department all the way up to the laughable "directors".
