Bought a lemon from them. Bought a lemon CPO from this dealership. Sold me a car with a lot of problems. Been pulling into the workshop many times and every time, they will always find a way to charge me and claim It is not covered by warranty. And after all this experience, they offer to buy back at a cut throat price to sell me another car. They sure are ripping tons of money from me. Worst ever trade I've ever made.... Please stay far away....

Tire Blowout We had a tire blow-out this weekend and got our BMW towed to BMW West Houston on Sunday afternoon. My sister helped to take care of the car as I was out of town. On Monday morning, we got a call from Jose Maldonado, stating the car would be ready in 3 hours. On top of fixing the tire, we also asked to get the front license plate installed (to which he agreed on). However, we didn't get any updates until late afternoon, saying the car would need another day to finish. We told Jose that we would be needing a shutt... read more

Service Dept is unreliable In 3 attempts the service department was unable to correct what they believed was a simple part change. And two of those times they failed to deliver the car back washed as is their purported policy. The last time with bird droppings in multiple locations on the roof and hood (plenty obvious to anyone that cared to make sure the car was clean).

A Dealership that can act like a Custom Shop too! Mid 2018: Took our newly purchased 2012 BMW 1 Series, 6 cyllnder, non Turbo, M, to BMW of West Houston for some Performance Enhancement Operations. We selected BMW of West Houston, after reading positive reviews on David McCormick, Service advisor. 1st enhancement to be performed: To Install new BMW, High Performance yellow Brakes, that I purchased elsewhere, on new, large, forged 135i wheels. Did not know if they would accept the project, but David said "...we'll do it"... read more

I am having the worst experience of my whole life. My car has been in and out of the service department for over a month. They incurred NEW damages and have no idea how to fix them. I have repeatedly complained but I am being rudely ignored. Worst experience EVER!

Horrible Experience Client Advisor, Papa Sene was amazing. I would definitely recommend him!! However, Pre-Owned Manager, Tariq Sallaq provided a HORRIBLE sales experience. The pre-owned inventory was scattered all over the place. We had to walk back and forth from the front to back of the lot multiple times in the heat to find vehicles listed on the “current” inventory sheet. Some we found, some we did not. Papa did his best to mask the situation but the disorganized inventory was very obvious. I was extremely frustrated an... read more

Very Dishonest.Never step foot in this place again Buyer Aware, not only stay away, run. Call them about an 15’ BMW X5, was told vehicle was clean, no accident, and color was black, and listed as black ( I’m only looking for black), only to drove 4 hours from Dallas to Houston to find out it’s Dark Blue (Carbon Black Metallic), And all their pics are not showing correct color. Worse, there’s evidence & trace all around the whole vehicle that was repaired & repainted. I mean everywhere from front & rear driver doors, passenge... read more

Worst experience I’ve had with a dealership This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I took my vehicle to this location for a fuel pump replacement due to a recall. The work on the vehicle was done improperly causing a gas leak. This could have caused an explosion because my wife and son were driving the car four hours away to Dallas without any clue. When I notified them of the situation, they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. The vehicle was repaired in Dallas by dealership that had nothing to do... read more

unprofessional Made an appt. to drive a used vehicle and when we got there he knew nothing about the used car we were interested in. Told us to read the manual. Also told us that this sales position he was in wasn't really that important to him.
