No follow-up :( Submitted an online inquiry with multiple questions and a request that I be emailed with their response. Someone called me a couple of hours later (didn't email) but only to tell me the car was available. The sales person apparently had not read my inquiry and didn't have responses to my questions and seemed surprised when I asked about my other questions. He then said he would call back and never did. Disappointing.

Bad experience! I participated in an free inspection, last Saturday. My bad experience occurred at the BMW of the West, Hwy 10. I took my car in for the inspection at about 7:45am, on last Saturday. From the time I left my car at the dealership at 7:45am, I never received a status update on my car. Throughout the day, I made several call, to determine the status, I requested a call back each time I called but no one ever called. Poor customer service I checked the website for pictures of the vehicle and there were none . I emailed the dealership and asked if they could text me some pictures of the vehicle . A salesman named David said they were on the website but I told him they were not . He then said that the person in charge of uploading pictures was out until Monday . If a potential customer wants to see pictures of a vehicle why would they hesitate to send them ? The same issue happened with another dealership but that salesman sent me the pict... read more

Great overall service Not so great service with initial call to service department but my service advisor, David McCormick, is the greatest and quickly fixed the situation. The young lady lied and told me that I could not have a loaner because I was only being serviced and it would only take 30 minutes. I asked her when was that put in place and she refused to answer me. Of course this was totally untrue and I was ;put out because I had to ask somone to follow me and give me a ride home which is not that close. She should no... read more

Great service! My only complaint would be the distance I had to drive to reach you. But Houston is a big place so that is understandable!

Not sure that I needed the service recommended I took my car in for the oil change, etc that is required at 3 years or the recommended mileage. My car has 25,000 miles and is only driven in the interstate when traveling. We use our other vehicle for in town driving. The service rep, Jose Maldano said that the tires showed wear on the inside and need rotation and an alignment.
