Worst service I’ve ever had! This BMW was terrible. Not only were the service advisors awful and inconsiderate, they made a terrible mistake and are still unwilling to take the necessary steps to solve it. Just awful. I will never return, you shouldn’t either
No response Dealer doesn't respond to inquires. I tried multiple times to get info on a car with no answer.

EXPECTATION Took my car to have a light checked, it was ready very promptly next day. I went to pick up the car (first time, as my husband usually takes care of this kind of issues) around 5:30 PM Friday, December 30th. Here is why I gave 1 star (if there was a zero, I would give it). I was told by the young lady at the welcome desk to go in next door and ask anyone wearing a white t-shirt. Sevice Worst customer service and service experience of any BMW dealership I have experienced. I would not do business with these people.
Momentum BMW--West houston If you leave your car with them, it will take all day. Doesn't matter what the issue is. I had my brakes checked and was told everything was fine. Less than 3 weeks later I started hearing a bad grinding/squeaking noise from my right front wheel which sounded like metal scraping on metal. Sure enough, brakes were bad and had to have pad and rotors replaced. Also had some A/C work done. Grand total, over $3,500.
Horrible customer service If there is a way to describe the service at this place in one word it would be disastrous. Family and I arrived at 3 pm and started to go over all the paper work to purchase the vehicle. They told us that it would take a little while to get to the financial advisors so we waited. Had my car serviced Waited three hours when they told me it was going to take one and a half.Not good,my time is Important to me. Theyreplaced my recalled air bags after almost a year of waiting,they rotated my tires,as they tecomended.The next day I had to bring the car back because the warning lamp Indicated Low presure in the tires. I am not happy with the service!
