BMW has the cheapest Windows. I rarely drive on the highway and my windshield is full of cracks. Today I was sitting in the car while my son was asleep in his car seat. (It gets SUPER hot in the back because they don't have air vents above in BMWs) I heard a loud explosion and it turns out my sunroof shattered from the heat! My son could have seriously gotten injured had I not had the cover on.
Don't buy a car from Bert Ogden worst company and service. Bottom line. Dale Gas somewhere else.
Bert Ogden BMW you seriously need to get your shit together. This is terrible, I take my car in to get serviced and it's already going on a month. I get the car back, the blinkers don't work properly, the brake is stuck, the warning light that warns against pressing the break is on, you broke the lip to my cup holder, and after I fixed my radio before I brought it in, it isn't working AGAIN! Staff is friendly, service is terrible!
Bmw has the worst service department !! They need to clean house !! Seriously!!
This place is full of idiotic people from their general manager to their piece of crap sales managers Jason Alanis in particular. "The customers always right"? Ha not in their eyes, a sales manager can verbally attack you but you're gonna be told you need to leave and they will turn your business away.
Was told salesman has an MBA so he must be ethical...
Lleve mi coche a revision y donde lo deje ahi mismo lo recoji, De hecho habia marcas abajo del coche donde nunca se movio tengo foto De ESO , lo lleve porque segun le pasaron corriente y despues De ESO ya no prendio , me dijeron y lo tengo por escrito que es el motor me lo reviso otra persona hoy y LA falla fue otra
Nice cars bad cuatomer service. Service takes forever regardless of the time you are scheduled. Worst customer service in the valley.
