Bert Ogden BMW cashed my down payment check before the deal go throw , really ! Took my 5K in there account before deal is done
The customer service is okay I think they can do better, I got a 2012 X5 and I have had problems with it since the first day a got it!! It has been every month in service trying to fix the problem and nothing I'm actually! Tomorrow I'm going to return it and just never buy a BMW it sucks because I like the bmw but there not reliable like they were a few years back!
I am utterly disappointed with the customer service provided by Bert Ogden BMW. Issues with my vehicle have yet to be resolved, and have gotten worse since being taken in for service. Not to mention servicing the vehicle for simple maintenance takes forever! I was given the run-around countless times by many employees. EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED!!!

The worst BMW dealership we have ever dealt with! I DO NOT recommend a purchase from these dealership. You are dealing with a poor management facility along with bad customer service.
Very unprofessional, to think I bought my car here 2 years ago, from the manager (who i bought it from) to the service department, don't buy from this dealership!
