I was driving home the very next day. When I arrived to pick it up it was waiting for me at the door clean as could be. This dealership is amazing it took very little effort on my part.

"Great Buying Experience " We are new to BMW of Westlake but have been extremely happy with the experience so far. The buying process was easy. We were made to be comfortable during any wait times (and not just by our client services rep but by any staff walking by...offering water, coffee, ensuring we were ok).
