"No hassle, no nonsense. Great experience " Most of my transaction for my certified BMW was done online, as I live 3hrs away. Tom Zito was prompt in returning emails, calls. The day I picked up the vehicle was Tom’s day off, but he came in just to make sure I was satisfied with vehicle that I had purchased sight unseen. No surprises. "Old Time Customer Service in a Very Modern Setting" I recently bought a slightly used BMW M235i convertible from Jerry Mancini at Westlake BMW. I live in Virginia and found the car by searching on the internet. This was a first for me in that I had never bought a car out of state.
