"A Pleasant Buying Experience" Had a specific vehicle in mind, and BMW of Westlake was the only dealership that had something similar at the time. Emailed in and received a prompt response. Scheduled a test drive and was given a great overview of features and solid recommendations on options. Without asking, I was given discounts and promotions on the car. I had to order mine, and it did take 12 weeks, but it had to be built in Germany. On delivery, they had already adjusted down my deal based on the then current incentives.... read more
