I had a great experience with my sales person, Ken Delk on my trade-in of my 2015 X3 to my new 2018 X4. He was prompt, thorough, and honest. He made me feel very comfortable. I recently purchased a used BMW 525i. I originally went in to buy a used 3 series but my sales person (Jerry Mancini) did a great job to show me all of the inventory so that I could make an informed/good decision. He wasn’t pushy at all, in fact, he stressed multiple times that he never wants to tell someone how to spend their money and only wants to present them with options. My lease was ending on a 535ix 2015. BMW Westlake proactively helped walk me through options of leasing a new 540ix, buying my lease out right, and providing various options of the buying process. They helped get the lease car Certified and the process was very easy.

I purchased the 640 on 4/19. While I cannot rate the performance of the vehicle at this time, I can say that the experience and professionalism provided by Jimmy and Nez was what you expect when purchasing a luxury vehicle. I would recommend if your looking for a BMW, this is the place to go.
