Fun and friendly service with Steve. Was able to have multiple conversations were him before sitting down and being comfortable with the purchase. Also sat down with Mike and Nate who were both great to work with.
I love buying a new car, but usually dread the car buying experience. However, this was, by far, the most stress free car buying experience I've ever had. Jerry Mancini was extremely responsive and did everything to accommodate my wife and I. We drove in from Detroit on a Saturday to buy a CPO M4 and everything was ready when we arrived. Jim's service was very good when I took my car in for service. I have always been greeted well by the service staff, service is excellent, professional and courteous Jim explained to me what needed to be done. I have been satisfied by the Client Sales Advisor Steve, and with Jim as the service advisor.
I had a list of specific accessories I wanted in my car. I talked to 3 different dealerships trying to find exactly what I wanted. Putrri at Westlake is the only salesperson that seemed to take my interests and requests seriously. She worked hard to find exactly what I wanted and contacted me daily with search updates. Westlake is 2 hours from my house, but Putrri was so great to work with that I bought my car from her, not the dealer 10 minutes away.
Lease was coming up, Ken reached out with the perfect new car - made the process simple and efficient - my 6th BMW from Ken and BMW of Westlake. I couldn't be more impressed with how easy the team at BMW of Westlake made the process. Thanks!

I came in on a Saturday to test drive a CPO vehicle BMW Westlake had on the lot. After the way drive I worked with Jimmy to talk through options and eventually camento a quick deal. The process was simple and straightforward - we set up a time a couple days later to sign paperwork and the car was in immaculate condition at delivery time. Great experience and would recommend to anyone in the market for a new or used BMW.
I found a car on the internet across town. I contacted them to see if it was still available by email. I got a rapid response by telephone. The next day I visited the dealership and test drove the vehicle. It was a great car. Just as advertised. I got a fair trade-in price for my former car, higher than what was offered by my local dealership. I believe I got a great deal and saved a lot of money over my local dealership.
