"A rainy Saturday" Have been working with Jerry Mancini for a few months now to make a lease end exchange so to speak. I have been interested in the new BMW 5 series. "First class experience" John Redden, took me on test drives on two seperate occaisions. He and the manager spent a considerable amount of time explaining the complexities of a lease . I look forward to working with them when I order my car next month. Even thoulgh I am from the other side of town, i will happily travel the miles to betreated this well .
"Did not disappoint" BMW Westlake has been one of, if not the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve had! I was interested in buying a car quickly. Steve and the entire team assisted me every step of the way. Having limited free time, the team was able to accommodate me during my lunch break for a test drive and then signing my financing. These guys are a true class act and I look forward to many more years (and vehicles!) with them!

"Excellent" Jimmy Laumer explained everything with out high pressure sale pitch. He took us for a test drive and explained everything about the SUV(BMW X-3. He was very courteous and called us and let us know when there was a delay in arrival of SUV we ordered. "Great and fun experience! " Steve was really fun to work with. We never felt pressured and he keeps things light. I like his laid back approach to the sell. The rest of the staff was great from Mike, Matt, Justin and Nez. We appreciate the attention we received from everybody. It was by far the best car buying experience I have had!
I originally leased my 7 series BMW, and decided to buy it. I've always had excellent interactions with staff, from service to sales, and have always been treated professionally. When I went to buy my BMW off lease, they took it through the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) process, and offered me an excellent rate on my purchase. I have literally been at other dealerships for hours negotiating. Not here. No haggles, great service.
