Putrri went out of her way to work with me as I transitioned into my new lease. She kept me up to date on the progress and explained everything along the way. She was always available to answer any questions and followed up with me throughout the entire process. Putrri was fantastic to work with and I highly recommend her !

"Easy Doing Business With" I originally leased my 7 series BMW, and decided to buy it. I've always had excellent interactions with staff, from service to sales, and have always been treated professionally. When I went to buy my BMW off lease, they took it through the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) process, and offered me an excellent rate on my purchase. I have literally been at other dealerships for hours negotiating. Not here. No haggles, great service.
Tom was my salesman. He was very professional and took my initial care with care and respect. As a fellow salesman I felt Tom handled our business dealings perfectly. He found me the right car and has answered all my questions. I will continue to buy cars from Tom at this store.
I was searching for a very particular car to drive in my 30th year in the BMWCCA. I was always the guy who bought the older cars and enjoyed them, But, I now needed something more modern to drive for business that would qualify with my company. Steve Mihalic was very helpful in getting me the car I wanted but also helping me to stay with-in my budget, which I know made it a little more tough. Staff was helpful but also joked with us to make it a great experience. Upgraded us to a higher end vehicle to meet requirements we had but still very respectful of my budget
A big thanks to all the staff members who played a part in facilitating the purchase and delivery of my vehicle. They were courteous, forward thinking, accommodating and efficient. When it comes time for my next vehicle, I will certainly seek out BMW of Westlake.
These 2 wonderful salemen HOOKED ME UP!!!! I LOOOOVE MY CAR!!!! They are VERY professional and fun!! They REALLY worked hard to give me what I wanted! I did a little whining and almost crying, but, Steve made my husband laugh and feel comfortable. And in turn, got me to relax and we all came to a GREAT compromise. It was a very satisfying experience at BMW of Westlake. I was amazed at the choices of cars at the Dealership. I decided on pre-owned certified car and found that all my questions were answered satisfactorily. Jerry Mancini was thoroughly aware of all the choices and solutions to make me feel comfortable. All of the personnell that I dealt with were extremely helpful. I have never had such a satisfying experiencing in buying a car in 50 years of driving. Well done!!
