Never even knew BMW of Westlake existed till a month ago when I spotted a CPO car. Every stage of the process was conducted in a professional manner. This was my first visit to the dealership , I saw the car on line , Jerry got back to me shortly after I contacted him. The whole buying process went smoothly, with no pressure , the staff were courteous and willing to negotiate. Overall very happy with the purchase and the shopping experience.
