The dealership and my salesperson, Jimmy, were very easy to work with and friendly. Jimmy was on top of getting me all the information that I requested in a timely manner.

I just purchased my third car from BMW of Westlake and I worked with Howard Schneider for all three. There has never been any pressure, and Howard has been an excellent resource for info on the cars and financing. He also keeps in touch during each lease to make sure everything is going well and that I am completely satisfied. There are at least 3 BMW dealers closer to me, but BMW of Westlake and Howard make it worth the drive.

Let me start off by saying that over the years I've not enjoyed the car buying experience. I'd rather go to the dentist. But I can honestly say that this time around it was different, thanks to Putrri Padbatan. I've never owned a BMW. I was an Audi guy. But, I needed a change and with the help of Putrri, I chose a BMW X3. She was very helpful, informative and let me take my time in my decision as I narrowed things down to Lexus, Mercedes or BMW. This would my second purchase from BMW of Westlake and the 4th purchase for our family. This dealership is beautiful and always accommodating. Our sale representative, Ken Delk works hard to make sure we are well taken care of. He isn't your typical salesman and this isn't your typical dealership. Ken always goes above and beyond to help us into a new car when it's time and takes care of all the little details in between!
