It was hassle-free. The salesperson (Ken Delk) was great. Everything happened as it should have. Our "genius" - Justin - was also great in explaining the workings of the car.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Low pressure and honest. They put a tiny ding in the paint on the bumper taking the car out of the showroom. Barely noticeable. They could have easily not mentioned it and let me go. Instead, they owned up to it and are, of course, fixing it.
I was impressed with their professionalism. Very polite and friendly as well. The purchase process went smooth and they went through the instruction of all features that the car has to offer.
This dealership is very professional and I had a great experience leasing my first BMW. Everything was explained thoroughly, my car was perfectly cleaned before picking it up and I feel like I got a great deal.
The experience I received in looking for and ultimately purchasing my new X6 was 2nd to none. I started looking for a BMW X3 online beginning in Spring 2017. I first visited BMW of Westlake in July 2017. I met with Jerry Mancini and told him what I was looking for. I was very particular in that I wanted a white X3 with a black leather interior. It needed to have heated seats and steering wheel, moon roof and back up camera. I have purchased a X5 previously and leased a 440i Gran Coupe most recently. I have had great experiences on both occasions. They have a very large inventory of cars and they were able to work with me to find mutually beneficial deals. From working with my sales representative, Ken Delk, to completing my lease transaction with Mike Niedzwiecki, and going over the intricacies of my new BMW with Ned Lieb, it was a pleasurable experience.
