We just bought a new BMW X3 from BMW of Westlake. Everyone was very nice. The dealership is beautiful. Or salesman Jerry Mancini was very knowledgeable and a joy to work with.

This is my second time leasing a car with John Redden's help. Again his help and knowledge made for a pleasant experience. He is patient and can walk you through without any hassles or games. This time we did most of work over the phone saving me a lot of time. He doesn't pressure you to close the deal today. Also, no arm twisting for extras when it came time to sign paper work. Everything was clearly spelled out and handled efficiently.
Jerry did a fantastic job both in finding the exact model and color of the CPO 320i that I was looking for, and making sure the transaction went as smooth as possible. Great Followup after the sale to make sure I was happy! Nate was great at demonstrating all the features of the vehicle. Michael made sure that the paperwork and finance part of the transaction was fast and efficient. A very positive experience overall.
Working with Jerry was a great experience. He was clear and easy to work with. Walking in as a 23 year old I came in expecting to be ignored. Yet, I was treated with courtesy and respect as would any client looking to purchase a BMW. My experience went without any hitches and Jerry was always there to respond to any of my questions or concerns the minute I had them. Overall great experience, I look forward to buying a BMW again from Jerry.
