Worked with Ken, Nate (new sales) and Mike (finance) and the transaction was very easy. They got me in and out the door very quickly. The car was spotless and ready to go the next day, on time as promised. Very nice facility. Highly recommended dealership. Great work.

I found BMW of Westlake through an online car website because they had a specific BMW model that I was looking for. I live out of state, but I was able to work with Steve by email/phone to arrange payment ahead of time and then I flew out to pick up the car. Dirk picked me up from the airport and after my paperwork was done, he walked me through all of the car's features before I drove off. The entire process only took about an hour and Steve, Dirk, and everyone else at the dealership were great to work with!

I bought my 2nd BMW in 10 months. Both times, I received excellent service from Jerry Mancini. Such a nice person and very responsive without pressuring. Mike (finance) is also very efficient knowledgeable and doesn’t waste a lot of your time when processing the paperwork. The BMW genius, Nez, couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. Thanks everyone!!!!!

5th BMW I purchased with John Caruso. Return because of excellent customer service. Another great experience with purchase yesterday. John made buying experience an easy process and his follow after previous purchases has been great. Nez Faraj helped with technology questions when looking at cars and spent over 1 hour with me on delivery of new car. Both times he helped easily understand how to use all features of new car. I would highly recommended contacting John Caruso for a car purchase.

Very little for them to do, we knew the vehicle we wanted. Jerry kept us informed as to the status of the custom order. Car arrived on Saturday, prepped and out the door by Monday night. Very smooth, minimal contact required. Nez covered all the major options, many to cover in this car.

I received notice that a vehicle I ordered was in transport to the dealer just before an extended business trip and I wanted to take delivery before my trip and avoid extending my lease. My salesman processed the prep of my vehicle and the related paperwork within one day to allow me to take delivery. The vehicle was in perfect shape and the effort by the entire dealership staff was appreciated.

I had a great buying experience with Q and BMW Westlake. From negotiating the price to financing to getting it shipped 750 miles to its new home, Q had the answers and got things done. Q was very responsive and made this an easy transaction, keeping me well informed all along the way. Many times buying a car is just a transaction, but as a car guy, finding and buying from another car guy is always preferred - looking for a car from a car guy? Q is the go-to guy. I was impressed with how enjoyable our X1 purchase with BMW of Westlake was -- the entire experience was professional, smooth, and exceeded our expectations!
