I was looking for a fair trade-in for my 2014 Corvette Stingray and a fair price for a BMW 235ix. Bob, the Sales Manager, introduced me to John Caruso. John took the time that I needed to sort through my car model options, took a couple of test drives with me, add help me determine which vehicle I wanted. I have done over 20 car transactions in my life and the process at BMW of Westlake was devoid of "cars sales" antics. It was a pleasant experience that was completed on a timely basis.
