Purchased my 3rd BMW from Jerry Mancini, '13 328xi CPO. He and the dealership are consummate professionals. Made the buying experience fun and received a very reasonable, low tension deal. No hard sell on the tire/wheel or other extras. While I'm closer to BMW Cleveland, which has done great service on our BMWs, Jerry and Westlake are our choice for buying. He and they are a smoothly operating team. We will be back in a couple years to replace our x3!
