BMW of Westlake knows how to take care of business and make you feel special. We had multiple test drives of various new and used models. The team was great at showing the differences and at the end we walked away with an incredible value. The resident "geniuses" are also fantastic to get you up to speed on all your BMW can do.

Greg Kasmer was very professional from the first day that I met him. He provided excellent advice and product knowledge about regarding the vehicle that I was considering. While Greg handled the field action, Dan Walker provided fantastic assistance administratively and closed the deal. It was a pleasure working with these two gentlemen and I hope to have the same experience in August in the purchase of a vehicle for my wife.

This was my 2nd purchase from BMW of Westlake South however this time it was for me and not my son! My sales guy Q Shirazi was able to get me into my Porsche Carrera 4s Cab which I have been looking for and I had been looking for a year or so. He had remembered I was looking and sure enough they had one come in with the exact options and color! Steve and Q were fantastic - they are both benevolent, no nonsense guys that have a high level of integrity - they made the process of buying a BMW simple and stress free. I have the upmost trust that they are going to give me the best price and package they are able to. They treated me like family and eliminated all the headaches of buying a new car. That is what you need when buying a car as a busy professional. If you are looking to get a BMW, these are the two to talk to.

Alright, so really just one state over, but I worked with Q Shirazi when my dream car showed up at a dealership a few hundred miles from home. Getting him on the phone I realized that he was a true car enthusiast and immediately made me feel comfortable with purchasing a pre-owned, high end car sight-unseen from a distance. We started our search for a BMW on line and ended up calling and speaking w/Steve Mihalic at BMW of Westlake . We told him what we were looking for in a car. When we came into the dealership he had a couple of cars ready and waiting! Steve listened to what we were wanting to accomplish and fulfilled that need! He was great with follow up and easy to deal with. Steve and his manager, Robert Strecker were very personable and professional. We highly recommend BMW of Westlake! .... And, We love the car!

Greg Kasmer (sales) and Dan Walker (finance) were total pro's! Greg was very accommodating to my test drive request and answered all questions. Very cool guy to work with. Dan was a rock star handing the final paper work despite a clerical error on my part. Will be back for sure for my next BMW hopefully an M3 next time around. Thanks guys for an awesome overall experience!
