First met John in 2007. Assisted me with my first purchase. Most professional and knowledgeable. Just took delivery on my fifth vehicle. John has more than earned my trust and admiration. Cameron is the "Genius" inasmuch as he walked me through the technical aspects of the car. Not being tech-savvy, he spent as much time as needed explaining how everything works. Never had a navigation system before - now I know how to use it. Mike handled the paperwork. No complaints. Highly professional.

As soon as we arrived we were respectively greeted and accomadated by having another car brought in to show us. We asked to be taken for a test drive in two cars, which Greg did. After discussion about the cars and procedure to complete a sale, we went home and discussed the situation. When we called Greg back the next day, he agreed to have the BMW we chose ready for us and he and the others involved proceeded to complete the sale with professionalism. Professionalism------describes a lot of people and usually not always people in the auto industry....but "Q" was great. I live in KY and because this purchase was initiated over the phone I was relying on his honest answers to my questions. I flew up to Cleveland this week to finalized paperwork and see the car in person for the first time. This cars condition was actually better than he described ! Thanks to John Redden, our first BMW buying experience was very positive and stress-free. He did a excellent job of showing us the different BMW models, assisting us in placing the custom order, keeping us informed of the progress of the build, and finally facilitating the purchase process. My husband and I both loved working with Howard. All the stresses I've experienced with the car buying process in the past were forgotten this time! He listened to what our needs were, based on our family size and finances. He knew the car to fit these needs wasn't on their lot at that time. But he went looking and found us our beautiful new car and we couldn't be happier!

I had a very good experience with the dealer. I spoke to Alicia Taylor over the phone in advance about the exact deal I had from two other BMW dealerships one in Akron Dave Walter BMW and the other BMW Dealership in Solon. I indicated I did not want to waste time when I came into the dealer as I lived about 50 miles away.
